Today starts Women’s History Month! During the month of March, we celebrate all of the women who have had the courage to fight for justice, equality, and opportunity. We are sticking to our commitment to continuously advance rights for women around the world. In 1987, Congress designated the month of March as Women’s History Month, and since then thousands of schools and communities began to celebrate. This month is a great time to celebrate the women in your life, whether it is by thanking them for all that they do, shopping at a women-owned business, or raising awareness!
