Suicide Prevention Week

September 4th-10th is National Suicide Prevention Week. It aims towards the fact of reducing the stigma around talking about suicide and mental health, and raising awareness of suicide prevention. Nobody should feel alone or feel like they are hopeless! If you or anyone you know if suffering from suicidal depression or have thoughts of suicide, Please call the suicide/crisis hotline 988. 

September 10th is World Suicide Prevention Day, which is an opportunity to raise awareness of suicide and to promote action through proven means that will reduce the number of suicides and suicide attempts globally. This annual awareness day is hosted by the International Association for Suicide Prevention (IASP).
